Originally established in 1998 (coincidentally the same year as The Mailing Room) Westcountry franking machine distributor, Mailing Systems Limited (MSL) of Weston-super-Mare became part of our business in August 2017. MSL’s owners, Martin and Wendy Randell, were selling up and taking early retirement and felt that The Mailing Room dovetails neatly with their own business philosophy, with a customer-focused approach and comprehensive provision of post room equipment and supplies. Adding around twenty percent to our customer base, we certainly look forward to a good future together.

As the UK’s largest supplier of franking machines powered by Pitney Bowes, TMR provides customers with the latest mailroom technology, all of which are Mailmark compliant to provide the lowest possible postage rates. Backed up by our own in-house service team, providing friendly technical support from our Bury head office and national field service engineers.
We also supply folder inserters for bulk mailings, automated letter openers, document shredders, mail scanners and parcel solutions for increasing package deliveries.
